All children must be supervised by an adult or guardian at all times and they are to stay inside the building at all times.
Each play session is restricted to 90 minutes. Once your play session has ended please leave the role play area in order for it to be set up for the next session.
Please remove all shoes before entering the play area and place them into the cabinets provided. Socks or tights must be worn at all times.
Play Town Group has lots of props and toys, whereby some smaller children (particularly under 3 years old) may need extra supervision by and adult / guardian.
Tickets are non-refundable, however should you wish to change your booked session, you can do so via your confirmation email, or by emailing us 24 hours before your session is due to start.
No food or drink is allowed in the play area.
We want everyone to have a great time (including the grown-ups) so we ask that everyone is polite to others – fighting, bullying and abusive language will not be tolerated at anytime to ensure that everyone’s experience is a good one.
Play Town Group are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit, therefore we ask that you keep all your belongings, including valuables on you at all times. Also ensure that you take all of your personal belongings with you at the end of your session.
Play Town is specifically designed with Children in mind, however kids being kids, accidents may happen. If this is the case please let a member of staff know if there are any issues so that we can fix them.
We absolutely love dogs, but we can only allow Assistance Dogs here at Play Town.
During booking, we collect personal data from you via the contact form; this allows us to handle your booking effectively. We only gather data that you submit voluntarily and we may from time to time use this to advise you of any Play Town events that may be up and coming. We will NEVER sell your data to anyone else. Prams and Buggies are NOT permitted inside Play Town, however there is a secure shelter outside.
Customers who are unwell (especially with Sickness and / or Tummy Bug) MUST NOT visit Play Town for 48 hours after their symptoms have subsided (or until the unwell party is no longer contagious in the case of Chickenpox, Hand, Foot & Mouth, Covid19 and other such infections).
We ask that there is no running or throwing of toys and that everybody plays calmly at Play Town, so that we can keep everyone safe.
